Any advice for reducing water weight gain and bloated feeling for lactose-intolerant individuals?
Don't laugh but I use to use alfalfa for my dog to keep water retention off her when she heart failure. It's a natural way to reduce water retention.
Reduce salt.
Try small amounts of exercise, you'll feel worse at first and more bloated but then you'll feel better and lighter.
Some have had success with Apple Cider Vinegar as well.

Thanks, Tirzah Laughs. Great advice! I will give it a try.
Sometimes I just use a hot water bottle and some rest which seems to de-bloat!
Salads and exercise always help too.
Thanks again!

Reduce salt & sodium intake, drink lots of water, and when it's feeling really awful, there is non-caffeinated Diurex. I am also lactose-intolerant and have a problem with bloating. Hope this helps!
It is crucial to treat the warning signs of lactose intolerance appropriately. The actual treatments for lactose intolerance can be very distinctive but their key motive stands out as the elimination, or at best control, of the signs of lactose intolerance. Among the list of methods to deal with it is to locate some other sources of lactase or begin to take certain health supplements to obtain every one of the needed vitamins, nourishment and nutrient deposits.

Yes, I have suffered with the same thing and found that more water and less salty items really helped a lot. And herbal teas work nicely too.
good luck
