How do you feel about pregnant women wearing 2 piece bathing suits?

I think that pregnant bellys are beautiful, but some people are offended by them. Also, I think that it is acceptable for a women to wear a 2 piece bathing suit if she is in pretty good shape. (like if she could pull off a 2 piece without the prego belly) How do you feel about this? How do you view that pregnant women's body? Beautiful? or something that should be kept between the mother & the father?

I mean I'd rather see a hot babe in a bikini that isn't pregnant over one that is, lol. That's a no brainer.

I would have to say, it doesn't bother me too much. I have seen way more unattractive things and those people aren't pregnant. I mean some of these people dressed like freaks, with a huge tattoos on their face. Not that all freaks bother me, just some that go way overboard. The ones that spend more time on make-up than cheerleaders.

    Good question.
I wore a two piece, mainly because I couldn't find a one piece to fit me lol. It was hard to find anything at all, so when I found the two piece I almost cried I was so happy. It's disheartening when nothing fits you, from anywhere.

I think pregnant women are gorgeous, just as the rest of us are. If I can bare my pasty white abdomen, I see no reason why every other woman can't. There are far worse things to see at the beach than a glowing pregnant woman! lol

I believe that anyone should wear any bathing suit they choose.  Some are just ill advised.  Pregnant bellies are beautiful, indeed, especially if you stay in shape while pregnant, which is good for baby anyway.  I didn't even purchase a maternity swimsuit (i.e., tent) when I was preggers.  I swam almost daily into my ninth month, wearing my cute bikini and it felt great!  I usually wrapped up in a towel for my waddle from the locker room to the pool, and I enjoyed some really fun, loud gasps whenever I dropped it to get into the lap pool.

Men are always curious to look at the curves and bulges in a woman's body, but taking that interest too far for granted is outright wrong in such women!

I think it is fantastic! The beauty of having a child and all that leads up to it should be appreciated, and not looked down upon. I personally think the pregnant body is absolutely beautiful, and always will.

Who cares? It's her body and her business. If it offends someone then they shouldn't stare. The wrong would be of the one who sees more than they want to, maybe they should pluck out their eye if it offends them.

I think it would be nice for mothers-to-be to cover up their package at all times.  The covering up didn't come from people having negative thinking about mothers nor babies, it came from, well you will have to Google it and perhaps you can find out.  It is about safety for mother and baby.

Why would anybody who is obviously expecting, want to go out in public in a 2-piece bathing suit, that is the type of thing to do that at home in private backyard, not in public.

The body of a pregnant woman is naturally beautiful, even with all the stretch marks and varicose veins and extra body fat, etc.  There is something about the aura of a pregnant woman that brings peace to other people's minds and puts a smile on their face.  So I say, if you can't hide it, paint it red.  Flaunt every inch of your glowing belly and be proud of it.

I can't believe that anybody would seriously be offended by a pregnant belly, or a pregnant woman wearing any kind of bathing suit.  I wore a bikini when I was pregnant and nobody batted an eyelid.

Everyone has the right to wear what they like, (well, as long as they are within the law..).  And that should be regardless of whether they are in good shape or not.

I think they should be allowed to wear whatever they choose. People are free to choose their clothing within certain legal limitations. Personally, I don't find a pregnant female glowing or attractive. I'm not disgusted by it but I don't understand what "beauty" or "glow" everyone is talking about. I honestly think many women try to convince themselves and their friends that its a beautiful thing to cover up any insecurities they may feel about their changed appearance. It's not disgusting but I don't know if I would go as far as to say its a thing of beauty.
