Speaking for myself I live every moment of my life to the fullest! I decide to enjoy it as much i can, each morning. I love my life and will continue to love it!
same here. as i see, majority are still ploding through life instead of really living it..
I think you need some mundane stuff in order to really appreciate the out of the ordinary, when it arrives! For some a quiet life is really living. Not every one wants to be a base jumper!
if there is the right purpose, it's living.
if it is aimless, then it's plodding on.
in the first place, life is not meant to be smooth going.
life has a purpose.
you are here not by chance.
life is a journey.
the philosopher in Ecclesiastes said life is all vanity.
..yes...you must have a purpose whatever it is...
some baptists I know say God will fix everything
No, he doesn't cure cancer all the time or depression
Life is an uphill battle with some plateaus........
Prayer
Rejuvinate
Life is all about hope and positive anticipation of good things to come your way. It is a choice and I choose to live well, be happy, love myself and others and spread happiness!
Yes it's a choice to some degree- if you count out cetain things
Do you suffer w/ depression or any serious mental illness or physical? If you do, you'd understand that sometimes we can't be happy ALL the time
People who have a positive attitude and an open mind, live in the present..and look forward in anticipation of the future..not worry about it, and are more able to handle whatever setbacks occur.
Those who dwell in the past are plodding along, and wallowing in it. That's a sad, closed-minded existance. So snap out of it already
sometimes if you're depressed , that is impossible
Nothing's impossible my dear..seriously! Depression is primarily a state of mind. There are many natural remedies that will help reduce the effects of depression. The biggest factor is stress, which is also primarily a state of mind. The mind is a very powerful and flexible organism. You do have to power to change how you feel about what's going on around you, at will.
A proper diet will also help immensely, as well as stopping smoking etc. Anything you can do to eliminate your exposure to man-made chemicals, and drugs, and also eliminate the 'same old, same old'. Go for it.
yes i agree with schoolgirlforreal
that depression is hard to deal with.
a better environment helps.
depression can really pull a person down.
easier said than done..depression is hard to deal with.
i know of 1 or 2 persons.
from what i know, the right thinking is important.
normally the person can't help himself.
a kind, genuine, loving person who knows the spiritual truth very well
is the person to encourage.
a lot of encouragement is needed.
Yeah avoid men made chemicals, probably they lead to depression just no1 ever tried to prove it
Life- is determined by one's view.
Experiences which lend to wisdom through learned knowledge and conscious effort is what creates one's view.

I am 41 and was diagnosed with clinical depression over four years ago. I have learned to accept that medication will be part of my life and have come to terms with the fact that I do not have the coping skills that most people have. I am married and raising four children; all of this...

What’s the difference between ‘living’ and ‘existing?’
by Amanda Littlejohn 9 years ago
If life has no 'meaning' or 'purpose' is it still worth living?I'm an atheist and I know that friends of mine who are people of faith frequently don't understand how I can consider life worth living if it is temporary and organic, rather than eternal and divine in origin. But I wonder what others...

Multiple arguments have been presented in various forums (inside and outside of HubPages) to argue for the existence of God. They run the gamut from the Cosmological ( Efficient Causality, Contingency, Design, Ontology, Kalam) to the Psychological (Moral, consciousness, conscience,...
