Collectable Siamese Cat Souvenirs - Gifts for Siamese Cat Lovers

Siamese Cat Breed

The Siamese Cat is a cat breed that originated in the Orient; it's thought somewhere around Southeast Asia or Thailand, where stories claim the breed is a descendant from the sacred temple cats of Siam.

Siamese cats are very popular today, with their elegant, slim, stylish, and well muscled body. The breed is easy to identify with its triangular shaped head and large almond- shaped eyes. The breed are typically a cream color, but they can have different color points on the ears, face, and cooler parts of the body, ranging from seal, blue, lilac, or chocolate.

The cat breed is very affectionate and playful. They are very intelligent and social, as well. Some Siamese cats can be very extroverted and either super sensitive or super nervous, and these individuals typically don't do well with changes in their environment or new people, but you will find that overall, the breed tends to bond with one person in the house.

The bond between Siamese cat and owner can be very strong, which is why there's no question as to why a Siamese cat lover loves their breed.

These cats are very elegant and royal in appearance, and when shopping for a cat lover, it won't be hard to find something that portrays that aura. Below, you'll find many gift options ranging from paintings to jewelry, figurines to coffee cups, and key chains to shirts.

I have received pictures of my pets before and have loved them, and I know many people who love hanging pictures of their favorite breed or pet on the wall, so finding a painting that resembles the favorite cat, is definitely a great gift item.

Depending on the size of the artwork, medium it was drawn, the artist, and whether it's an original or copy, the price will vary. You'll find that you can find paintings of Siamese cats from about $10 and up.

I loved my Siamese Spencer and I do have a few Siamese items. He always knew he belonged to me. He was a kind nice cat. Our daughter got him for me for my birthday. I can't collect anymore, no room. Your hub is interesting and useful, voted up.
