Chrysocolla is a very beautiful green-blue color gemstone belonging to the Quartz family which resembles Turquoise. The meaning of this name is ‘golden lime’ in Greek. This stone is also known as Gem Silica and suits well for those born under the Zodiac signs of Taurus, Virgo, Leo and Gemini. Chrysocolla is a stone of peace and tranquility. Some people even call this gem "Peace Crystal" because of its calming and soothing powers. Chrysocolla is also the birthstone of those born in the month of September.
