Angela and Vanessa Simmons are the eldest daughter's of Joseph Ward Simmons AKA Reverend Run of 80's rap group, Run DMC and his wife, Justine Simmons. They come from a very talented family with their uncle being Hip Hop Mogul Russell Simmons. So it was no surprise when they started to want to launch their own clothing and shoe line. With the help of auntie, Kimora Lee Simmons and uncle Russ, they have finally suceeded at their dream. Being young fashion entreprenuer's.

On March 23rd 2007, the Simmon's sister's launched "Pastry Footware". It had a wonderful response and they are really cute for kids and adults too!! Their first shoe line was called "Cake Collection" which was inspired by their favorite pastries. They were a hit and very cute I must add again.

They have very cute and creative names such as Sweet Cherry Sugar Pie, Raspberry And Cream Sugar Pie, Grape Smoothie, Mixed Berry, Copper Berry Fruit, Blue Chocolate Glam Pie, Grape Glam Pie, Lime Glow Cake Runner and so much more delicious flavors.

They also have some really cute boots to go along with those athletic shoes. Wedge boots and athletic boots were a genious idea that they added lately to the collection and it works. These girls are very creative and business minded at what they do. Indeed I have a pair or two and so does my daughter. She loves them and she looks uo to these positive young ladies. Angela and Vanessa are right now airing their second season of their reality sseries "Daddy's Girls" which comes on every Tuesday on MTV.

Angela Simmons finished her studies at the Fashion High School of NYC.

She is continuing her studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Angela's ex-boyfriend is pro skater, Terry Kennedy AKA TK.

Angela is a Associate Editor of Hype Hair Magazine.

Angela has a monthly insert in Word Up! Magazine called "Angela's Rundown".

Vanessa Simmons plays "Lola" on the soap opera, "Guiding Light".

Vanessa has a role in two upcoming movies including "Boogie Town".

Vanessa is the oldest of all the Simmons siblings.
