Top 5 Annoying things about Men

Updated on August 31, 2015

Men do some things that annoy or just plain confuse us women. I mean every woman has dealt with a man and had at least 5 pet peeves that she could point out right off the bat. But you know us women.. We tolerate and Ignore (usually) After some careful thought and consideration, plus I observed my boyfriend for this article. I thought of a Top 5 list of the most annoying things men do.

He doesn't even care how small the screen is.
He doesn't even care how small the screen is.

Number 5: TV is mans best friend

This one is for sure something I've seen my dad do. Sitting there watching TV practically glued to the screen. Is what you're watching really that interesting? The worst part is when they are pretending like they are actually listening to you talk while watching their precious Football. The way they usually reply is with various grunts and an occasional "mhm that's terrible" or "that's great honey" based on your tone of voice. At least their sense of a woman's tone is useful..Or else a lot of men would be sleeping on that couch 24/7. Speaking of their sitting on the couch with chip crumbs covering them and a glazed over look that brings me to number 4...something that goes hand in hand with this scene

Number 4: Is that your hand in your pants..or are you just happy to see me?

For sure the first one..Now this is something I just can't understand. What is the issue? Why do you guys itch so terribly bad? I don't even know what to say. I'm just sitting there minding my own business until I hear this scratching sound. It's not the sound of someone itching their scalp..Sounds like a hand full of crotch (Hope I'm not being too vulgar) I think all men have a problem they need to get checked out. That much itch can't possibly be good. (No picture needed..The mental image is good enough)

What ya thinkin?

Number 3: How do you turn off your brain like that!?

Us women can't stop thinking and just because we can't stop we act like men can't either. WRONG. I have seen it happen. My ex did it all the time, If we sat in one place for to long all he would just turn it off. I looked over at him once and I asked him what he was thinking (cause his he looked kind of dead) and he said "nothing". I didn't believe him at first. Until I looked again an hour later and he really looked like nothing was in there. Recently scientist's new theory is that people might not remember as much from their childhood because their brains weren't as developed then. People say that women mature faster then men. Maybe our brains do to and that could also be why men don't remember your birthday or anniversary. But to all the guys who stumble upon this article: DONT GET MAD! Its just a thought I never said this was true proven fact.

The truth is its going to take a long time to figure out why this is. And If any man would lie to disagree and say that they never have had a thought less moment, please do! I don't like the thought of someone being able to stop thinking as much as someone else. It sounds unhuman life.

Number 2: Can you control your self for at least 5 seconds 5,4,3,2,1..

Yes it's a natural thing, and it doesn't feel that bad at all either. But is there anyway you can control your urges?. I don't know if I can say the actual word on this site (it said no vulgarity or something) so I'll just use the replacement they used in Sex in the City "Coloring" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6DBT_ONAjE). You know sometimes its not that I don't want to color its just that I'm to tired to color! So put the crayon away and sleep next to me! I think my boyfriend might be a coloring addict...He just never wants to stop. And women I think you will agree when I say I'm pretty sure we want it more. Like its obvious that we want it more. We just know how to be civilized, we have learned how to control the urge. And there are so many reasons why we need to control it.

If we don't control our urges we are referred to as harlots or someone who gets around a lot (I'm cleaning up my language but you know the real words.) And no matter what anyone says those words sting. But with men they get praised. And sometimes I think that they get praised because obviously they are just wild creatures in the first place (No offense)

Anyway I got off topic. And women when it comes to your man there is nothing wrong with giving into the urge sometimes and coloring until he doesn't want the crayon to come out of the box for hours.

Looks harmless enough.

Number 1: Getting up to go pee..Ending up bathing in toilet water. ugh!

I don't care if you love your hand down your pants and the TV..But please PUT THE TOILET SEAT DOWN!! There is nothing worse then getting up in the middle of the night- From a steamy dream about Leonardo Dicaprio or Shia- and realizing you have to go pee but once u sit down all the sudden you're in the toilet..And it is the sickest feeling.

Its simple men. Just pull up the seat, get your business done, then put the seat back down. DO NOT leave it UP. Just put it down and the gap between men and women won't even be that wide anymore.
