Cook Fish
Cook Fish. The way I cook Fish- Nutritionists and dietitians will tell you that fish should be a part of every-one's healthy diet. The omega three fats are thought to assist greatly with brain function.Fortunately for me fish is both my favourite food and the quickest and easiest to cook.
The experts tell you to have fish at least once a week. i like fish and seafood generally; So much I make fish a dish three or four times a week.
If I am cooking my favourite Salmon Steak all I do is one of two things. Grill it the way it is in a fry pan with a few drops of with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. and grill for a few minutes either side no more than six minutes is enough to cook it perfectly. With white fish that has been frozen I defrost in the microwave then wrap into foil and then bake in the oven or under the grille for about 10 to 15 minutes maximum. After that is up to you how you add oyur flavour. Somedays I make a Hollandaise Saouce other times I just sqeezed lemon & lime & add pepper other times I might add dare I say it Tomato Sauce...
