This is a very typical Mexican market.Hammocks are a great souvenir to buy here.

For the most part, Mexicans are friendly and gracious, sometimes they may stick too close and infringe your personal space, but they are not rude, that’s just their culture. For personal safety, always stick with a travel companion or your tourist guide especially if you are brave enough to join the partying crowds filled with tipsy partygoers. Maintain a communications link with your attaché or the police to report any suspicious strangers or activities. Stay clear of these nuances and you should be in for an enjoyable Cancun vacation.
