Heartbreak Of The Masses
Hey you...your messing with all of us...the heartbreak can be felt across the land...why don't you pay attention.
Don't you know our proletariat ways are better than the rich and famous...we only want to do our part for equal pay.
Show us you really care...that you really have our best interests in your ice cold heart...your future pasts,
Don't you remember the French revolutions...your declarations have passed over our lost liberties,
You remember those right...our lost liberties that only declare what you wish them to be...the final blow to a nation of hopeless.
We want to help we really do...but you treat us like a smokey chimney in the industrial revolution.
Throw all you have at the masses...but you will just break us farther...why so down...don't you know we want change.
A better pay...a better ending to this false fairy tale...relight the torch...help us find the real way to equality and freedoms for you not against you.
The heart in us lies dormant...it broke a little after the 1800's...you with the torch of hope...your island of once was grace...heal the masses broken hearts.
