Grammar Queen, I need your help. I read your prepositional phrase usage blog, & think it was great.

Question: "Tenant shall have the right to terminate this Agreement beginning June 1, 2011 upon no less than 60 days' prior written notice." Does this mean: (A) Can give notice on 4/1 and terminate 6/1? or (B) Can give notice on 6/1 and terminate 8/1? --- It's a rental agreement, and the sentence is really ambiguous. I've polled a few people and it's a 50/50 split. I think it's (A) because it's two prepositional phrases separate and unique from each other. I don't think a prepositional adverb can describe another prepositional adverb.
