WRITING

    I love to write and read books. I think that we can heal ourselves by writing down what we feel.

    I would have to agree. For months now I have had people tell me that I need to write this down. Since my diagnosis 18 days ago, I have been writing a lot about how I feel knowing what I do now.
    And, I have to say, it does help me feel a little better emotionally.
