   What has been your most successful means of drawing a following?
   
   I am doing research on developing a following outside of Facebook and Myspace.

   Social websites such as pinterest, google+, stumbleupon, twitter, facebook, and also putting a link to your work on a blog.

      I have only been on here for 3 days now. I do have 2 facebooks and a twitter that I have been blowing up. What is the average amount of comments or reads that one receives in a day?

      It depends. Some who have been here a while get thousands per day. I've been here a little over 4 months and get around 300-500 per day. There hasn't been as much traffic lately for some reason though. I've seen several say this.

      It started out slow until I wrote quite a few Hubs. Then I started seeing traffic.

      How long did it take to get paid, adsense hasn't approved me for an account yet?

      I would wait at least 3 or 4 weeks before applying for adsense. It does take them a while to approve you. Write good quality Hubs that they would want to advertise on. It takes time, you will get there. I've been on 4 months, Should get a check n Sep
