    Is it worth a 20 year voyage to another star system to colonize an Earth-like planet?

    Hello fellow Hubbers! 

    I'm measure our levels of adventure and wanderlust!

    But really, if we had the tech and ships to do it, would we have the determination?

    A voyage to another Earth-like planet would not only be a remarkable achievement but it would help to ensure the future of mankind; especially if we could successfully colonize it. Good question.

    No it is not worth while. It will be better we learn from our mistakes on earth and rectify hem because earth can support us infinitely if we learn to use the resources properly.

    yes its really worth, just imagine, you are doubling the chances of existence of human life, in fact you are starting a whole new civilization and a whole new world, just with better resources than with what we started here on earth.
