Why does medical marijuana get such a bad rap when public drinking does not?
First off. Marijuana gets a bad rap period and alcohol used too. Back in the twenties they made alcohol illegal and realized quickly that that had caused an economic and social crisis. Marijauna I think is illegal for the same reason alcohol is legal. To try and keep the economy and society at a neutral level. Without illegal drug use, police and rehab centers would be out of jobs. Because alcohol is legal it gave America some stability, (it was hell when they had bootleggers back in the day, Worse than drugs) but they needed something to give just a pinch of chaos, illegal drugs. SN: In most places it's illetal to drink alcohol in public(on the streets)
Medical Marijuana is used for pain relief for specific medical conditions -- nausea caused by chemotherapy for example. It is not the same as recreational use of marijuana. By public drinking I assume you mean drinking in a bar or at a party by people 21 or over which is perfectly legal and has nothing to do with treating disease. The comparison really isn't valid. Now, if you want to compare recreational use of marijana with underage drinking-- both of which are illegal and totally recreational-- that would be a valid comparison and IMHO there isn't much difference...... both should be off limits for anyone under the age of 21 just because the possibility of addiction to both substances is much greater in more immature brains. Over 21? Don't see what all the fuss is about-- pick your poison, booze or pot and use with discretion.

Thousands of people parish each year to mistakenly overdosing on opiate based pain killers and other legal narcotics? Would marijuana be the optimal alternative to this national epidemic?

Would you vote to Legalize Recreational or Medical Marijuana?WIth Washington DC and Oregon having just legalized recreational marijuana, where do you stand? Surely the rest of the country is soon to follow.

Does using Marijuana create more harm then good. If so tell me why. Does smoking Marijuana cause more deaths in America then drinking alcohol. Last question. Do you think legalizing Marijuana for medical and recreational use will help create more jobs and lower the debt. Thanks a lot for...

Wealth is health and Trump administration is a harzard to it. Not just revamping nuclear arms race , killing Mexicans at boarders and Fossil fuels. Across North America 76% doctors approve of medical marijuana and nearly 90% of the public approve of its use. Trump opposed marrijanna, so cruel.Even...
