It is my personal view that marijuana should be legal cos The war on hard drug has been waging for many years and we've not come close to winning. There has been some suggestion about medical marijuana so it's time to legalize it. In so doing it will stop the black market with marijuana.
i think it should be legalized and taxed, much like alcohol, there are people out there abusing alcohol, and it remains legal, one of the main reasons marijuana is NOT legal is because of the wide variety of uses for hemp, it would cause a lot of huge corps to lose money and since money goes hand in hand with power, they have the power to keep it from becoming legal.
Absolutely not. The world is in enough mess as it is. Why have the highways of America and schools and the workplace full of people on drugs and alcohol? The tax idea is just plain stupid because yes someone in the government would be lining their pockets with this money while the problems in this country are spinning out of control, due to the crime and violence and sexual immorality, that would exist due to more people under the influence of marijuana, which can and often does lead to the use of other more addictive and destructive drugs like cocaine and heroin, LSD and other narcotics. Not a real smart idea.

I personally think it is ridiculous that it's not allowed. But according to polls the majority disagree with me! Surely there must be somebody on here that favors the outlawing of marijuana. Tell me why!

Its on the ballot. You will be able to own up to an ounce if you are 21. You will not be able to smoke in public. It will be taxed. That's all I know. What do you know? What do you think? I think I want to move to CA!!
