How Do you Handle Stress especially at work?
Stress is a very common problem to workers. I need some tips on how to manage it. It is a pleasure to hear your suggestions.
The main things I do is to try and break everything down and act logically, any problem no matter how big can be broken into little easy to handle parts, once you start making your way though these parts to see how much progress your making and you feel better.
nothing more stressful that having a huge project and not getting anywhere!
It really depends on where the stress is coming from and sometimes that is the hard part to figure out. Stress caused from personal conflicts at work are the most difficult as sometimes people aren't willing to move past things and they keep grudges. Now if it is from the work load I would say the advice from chrislloyd515 is right on. Break things down and if you need help or deadlines can't be made then take it to your boss and find out what the priority is on the list of tasks you are responsible for and if needed your boss, as long as they are decent and know that you are a good worker, will most likely let you distribute the less important tasks to others or let you extend the deadline.

Are we, as the human race, giving God more than he can handle? With all the violence, wars, moral declines and constant breaking of the commandments, when will he say, "That's it! Lights out!" Are we pushing the envelope? I'm sure he has his limits. It's scary when you think about it.
