I don't know why the left worships this guy! He's the biggest idiot ever! He thinks we need a war like WWII to save our economy, death panels to save medicare! What a tool! But he displays the typical liberal left thought which is why democrats should just be chased out of our country!

More scare tactics from the right-wing fear mongers.

If this ever became "YOUR" country, I would be the first to leave.  Unfortunately for your aspirations, this isn't 1930's Germany.  The tea-stained brown shirts are not going to drive out those whom you deem undesirable (intellectuals, non-christians, IQ's above 80 etc...)

Pack your bags, 2012 is coming! LOL Oh I thought you left wing intellectuals would be smart enough to recognize your Utopia exists and would flock there! It's called Cuba, or you can go to the new one forming now in Venezuela. They could use people like you, you know, to explain to the masses why the government is taking their property.

What is it about those on the right who scream like stuck pigs at the thought of paying taxes but backs to the hilt the right of private enterprise to rob them blind?

Because when private enterprise does it you have a chioce, but when government does it you don't! I happen to like having the freedom to make my own choices.

Your "choice" is depressingly similar across all insurance companies and every one of them has not only "death panels" but also people charged with seeking a way to wiggle out of any expensive treatment the "death panel" says you should get.

What flaming choice? When your doctor tells you he has a wonder drug that will save your life but will require you to pay$500 a day on top of your insurance are you really going to choose to say no?
When you discover it's no more effective than coloured water are you going to be pleased that at least the government hadn't stopped you being robbed?

Please! The FDA does more to prevent drugs already approved in Europe from being used in this country then it prevents bad or ineffective drugs! Worse! The government prevents us from buying cheaper drugs from out side our borders! More governemnt for the people? More of WE the government?

You mean your pharmaceutical industry is constantly lobbying government to allow imports that will under cut their profits!

Blame it on the lobby if you want but the democrats are taking money from them too and worked a deal with them to craft the health care bill! Now tell me again why the socialist democrats are sooo wonderful?

Typical right wing smear tactics, take an emotive title, take two points on two different topics, mix them, move them out of context and create a moral panic.

I take it then that you approve of being charged large sums of money for drugs that don't work and disapprove of any effort to save money! Hey leave off Pharma, they need lots of money, lots!

And only the right could spin saving money on ineffectual drugs to being a death panel.
Analyse the sentence. How is depriving somebody of a drug that does not work going to kill them for pities sake?

Yes, you win the prize, just hand over everything you own to big business and look pleased about it!

What's the problem, got children haven't you? Let them care.
But don't worry, we are not heartless, we won't stand by and watch them struggle. If they don't have the space we'll sell them a bigger house and if the car is too small or the house needs any adaptations we'll sell them to them as well.
              You know it makes sense.

Why don't you read the 2600 page bill. Oh, and don't forget Sebelius is writing thousands of regulations to support that POS! Sooner or later even Nancy Pelosi will know what's in it! LOL

Why do you think "death panels" in private insurance are just ducky but policies overseen by our elected representatives are not?

Why do you think it's better for government to force it's will upon the masses while charging you for that privilege?

Pcunixposted 13 years agoin reply to this

WE are Government.  You right wing folks seem to forget that all too frequently.

But (as usual) you ignore my question.  Why do you like private death panels driven by profit as opposed to public panels driven by the WANTS OF THE PEOPLE?

              1. lady_love158 profile image61
lady_love158posted 13 years agoin reply to this

Well if we are the government how was it that an unconstitutional health care coup was implemented over the objections of the majority of the country?

Public death panels will be driven by costs and by political corruption, yet for some reason you don't have a problem with this?

I'm sure you don't mind being groped at the airport either while Pelosi, Reid et all just walk right through no questions asked! Yup that's equality under the law, that's what you and your democrat friends support!

                1. Pcunix profile image92
Pcunixposted 13 years agoin reply to this

Private death panels are driven by profits and corruption.

Public panels WILL be driven by costs, as they should be - unless you want your tax dollars to pay for ANYTHING anyone wants.  No doubt there wil always be some element of corruption, but in this case it would more likely be some manufacturer of a useless drug or procedure trying to get the "death panel" to approve it - quite the opposite of what goes on in private insurance.

Your "unconstitutional" comment is just far right gibberish.  As to being groped, all that comes directly from Right wing efforts to keep our oil economy going, so don't blame us.

Because we have Fox News in the UK and because I'm pretty sure you get a 36second clip because the editor knows that a 1 minute 36 second view will give the picture that does not reflect their anti government stance.

    That's right. You CAN'T.

Quick, name a left wing liberal foundation that awards undeserved prizes based on political views, that's right you can the Nobel Foundation!

Remember Obama won the peace prize after 6 weeks in office. Even he thought it was undeserved! LOL I wouldn't put any weight in what the Nobel Foundation does. Besides Krugman's award was specifically for his work on international trade which wasn't exactly cutting edge or unknown.
