Born Again 05 on HubPages
After browsing through this website for several days, I realize my "name" is going to start satan's fiery darts flying. It's ok...I have my armor on.
Yes, I was born again on March 11, 2005. It wasn't a person beating me over the head with a Bible that brought about this conversion. It was God, reaching down to the depths of my heart and calling me as one of His own. Only God can bring about the change in one's heart.
"...for the Lord seeth not as man seeth;for man looketh on the outward appearance,but the Lord looketh on the heart." 1Samuel16:7b
It is my desire to share that with you in a loving way through His Word in the Bible.
" So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17
So how can one have faith if one hasn't heard? The Lord's instructions given to the disciples before He ascended into Heaven are clear.
"Go ye therefore and teach all nations,baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." Matthew 28:19,20
God loves each and every person. He , "is long- suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9
While my faith and trust in the Lord is the number one priority in my life, I do have some other interests and knowledge to share here within the hub pages. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.

Your words speak of the grace that is there for all who are willing to receive it. However, that willingness must be fueled by the knowledge of the Word of God in order to be given the chance to take root. For that effort, we must be willingly obedient to the direction of Christ... sharing the good news. I hope to keep in touch.
