I've been called many things, but never a cowgirl. Alas, I live in the Sonoran desert, with the rattlers, coyotes, artists, cowboys, and rascals. In such an environment, who wouldn't want to fit in?

I enjoy views of the blue mountains yonder, and try not to trip over snakes when I visit the mailbox or grill on the BBQ. I have developed a strong interest in literacy, children's books, literature, staying sane during my pregnancy, finance, and of course, the Great American West.

Lately I have been working on my novel, which is titled Wash Hut. A relatively new member of HP, my goal is to write 100 hubs before year's end. I love writing, and enjoy the immensely self-satisfying and self-centered process of publishing online. Thanks to my fans who read my work and encourage me to keep on writing.
