How do you draw up a business plan when you want to start a new business?

Each business has their own plan which is given as a recommendation/example. I, myself have each team member (before signing on) to see what they can and/or are willing to invest, meaning time and/or money into theirselves and their future.

I am currently writing an article on writing an effective business plan. I plan to have this article completed by Monday June 15, 2009, I promise this article will be quite informative. It may serve you well to read my earlier article on the Entrepreneurial Venture. In essence, the business plan will provide you with a complete workbook to pursue your business venture.
