The tips posted on the other answers are good. I´ll let here another good tip:

- When you write a new hub you can insert links to you other hubs - For example choose the words (in the new hub) that are related to any other of your hubs content and insert a link.

This way you´ll get more traffic to the whole of your hubs ;)

if you want to get trafiic from hubpages ,

then write attracting articles ,

build presence by partcipating in hubpages forums , answering requesta , commenting on other article if you find them good , becoming fans whom you like that they have written good articles,

& without spamming,

increasing hubscore,

writing an average of 1-2 artcles per day.
