I am so happy to see this question. You see wellness covers a wide range. Fitness is a FORM of wellness. It is a physical and cardiovascular wellness. Wellness itself as a whole in my perception is to have overall wellness. I break it into two major sections: Physical wellness, which includes decent cardiovascular abilities, core strength and stability, balance, and flexibility. The second would be health wellness. This would include your proper intake of macro (fats, carbs, and protein) and micro (vitamins, minerals) nutrients as well as a lot of antioxidants to support healthy brain function, skin care, mood, energy, physical reparation and maintenance and immune system.
