Is bioweapons development could help the nation???
nowadays, biotech industries has extraordinary development.Some countries would enhance the bioweapons production activity. They said , it because of saving their nation from terrorism.But it has an adverse effect of humans life.If the countries would use bioweapons in the war, it will affect not only the terrorists also include other citizens in that country.IS it ethical???

Any excuse given with regards to development of bioweapons is ridiculous and serves only someone else's agenda. Is it ethical? No it is not ethical to develop or create bioweapons of any kind.
The world has enough weapons and do not need to develop or create any weapon with the potential of wiping out humankind existence. The nuclear weapons already exist and can accomplish killing everyone on the planet. Is that enough?
