    For some unknown reason,my roboform data went into an ordinary file. How can I get it back into...

    my roboform program? I really don't want to have to enter all of those pswds and info again!  I want to update to 7.1.7, but it has nothing to pull info from.  Really confused.

    I -think- the file extention is .rft

    locate your data file (as you said it went into an "ordinary file", so I assume you have already located it) and make a copy of it, naming the old one "whatever it already is"-old, name the new one the original file version, and make it .rft at the end

    hope that solves your problem!
