    That depends on what you use your computer for - is it just internet and Office programs? Games with lots of graphics? Programming? Video/photo editing? Graphic design? Engineering/architectural programs?

    But generally, for a fast performance computer you need with at least 4 GB of RAM and a good processor (Intel, i-5, i-7).

    I'm a PC kind of person - I would recommend Dell and Acer. I had bad experiences with HP and Toshiba, but maybe it was just me.

      ahh...you have a point.. what if I used it for architectural? I have now an HP  Pavilion i5, do you think it was good enough? I badly need an help from computer experts,,perhaps it was you..big_smile
