Would you ever consider moving to Canada?
I've been to Canada and really liked it there but it was only on vacation. I'm wondering what it would be like to live there, now that their dollar is worth more than ours. Any feedback from people that actually have lived or live there is appreciated. Thanks!
While I have never lived in Canada, I can tell you 5 reasons why I will live there one day...
1. The country pictures in summer and winter seasons look beautiful
2. The facts and great history starting with the flag itself
3. I met some great people here from Canada
4. The national sport of ice hockey is everywhere
5. cities like Montreal, St John New Brunswick and Toronto
Most of the Indians go to Canada to make a living. I am also searching for the earning opportunities in Canada along with swapping real estate in Canada.
I am already a Canadian citizen but I have been living in Germany for over a year now. I am glad to return to my home country some day because of the vast expanses of wilderness (which one grows to appreciate after living in Europe for so long).
Canada is also a multicultural and bilingual country where various nationalities are represented, especially in urban areas. I am also glad that I live on the east coast where one can easily travel between Canada and Iceland, a country where I would like to be a dual citizen some day.
I am also proud to come from a country where same-sex marriage is equal in every way to the traditional definition of marriage between a man and a woman
Not to mention Canada is expecting a major workforce shortage in the coming years thanks to the baby boomer phenomenon, augmented by our low population. This means that I will never have to worry about being unemployed by the time I'm in my late twenties/early thirties, at which time I expect to return home from Europe fluent in several European languages to a country which has become even more international thanks to all of the foreign workers we'll be bringing in to deal with the labor shortage.
Yes, I've actually considered it. However, I'm not sure I could get used to the weather. Being a southern girl, I'm used to temperatures above 30 almost all year round.

I'm considering to move to Brazil next year. The country is enormous so it's impossible to say where, but I'm thinking of Ubatuba near the coast of Sao Paolo.Would you recommend any other location in Brazil and why?

Is there something that you consider a bargain where you live? What can you buy or get that you consider a bargain because of where you live? For example, here in Brazil I can buy fillet steak for R$15. a kilo. That equates to roughly $4.00 a pound. Can you buy seafood, strawberries, pick...

If you had to leave the country you live in today...If you had to leave the country you live in today – heaven forbid – and could choose any other nation in which to live, what country would it be? Someone asked me this the other day. I said, “If I had no choice? It would probably...

Well, my mother announced that I and her are moving to the Philippines in 2-3 years. I have read a lot about negative things about it and laughed it off because I currently do a network marketing business. Even if we reach top positions, we will move there.I am not really that thrilled about the...
