John Manfredi is a professional actor, director, producer, choreographer, activist and writer currently working in the entertainment industry. In over 25 years of work on stage, screen and on the page John has been fortunate enough to garner work in-Feature Films, Television, Regional Theatre, Broadway National Tours, Commercials and is a published playwright. He is married with two sons both pursuing undergrad or higher degrees.

A native Midwesterner (Cleveland/Detroit/Chicago)some career highlights include supporting roles in “Real Steel”, “Game of Death” and “The Great and Powerful Oz” directed by Sam Raimi. John made his feature film debut co-starring with Sam Raimi in "Thou Shalt Not Kill...Except" in 1984. Theatrically he has been recognized for professional excellence with numerous awards for acting and directing and also served four years as Managing Director of Michigan's largest producing Equity theatre.

Starting his own production company in 2007, Etico Productions, John has created a series of family productions for Palace Sports and Entertainment and Olympia Entertainment in Michigan.The series has ncluded several of his original plays including, Untangled: The True Story of Rapunzel and Puss ‘n Boots, The Master Cat. Additionally, Etico Prodcutions has created scenic elements for over 20 productions including "Ernie" by Mitch Albom and "Henry V" for Waterworks Theatre.

In over a decade as an adjunct professor At Oakland University he has participated in many productions including Zastrozzi, Bloody Bess and Romeo and Juliet receiving recognition from the Kennedy Center in Washington DC and the American College Theatre Festival for his work with students.

As a fights choreographer his work has been seen on –stage and in many films and television shows including, Unsolved Mysteries, Thou Shalt Not Kill…, The Pirates of Penzance, Don Giovanni, Macbeth, Henry V, Peter Pan, Real Stories of the Highway Patrol and with companies such as Alabama shakespeare Festival and Opera Pacific
