The human body is equipped with appropriate mechanism by which it is able to respond to emergencies at all times in protection or defense of itself. Having an appropriate psychic framework gives the capability for rapid response in defense of the body against any form of attack.
This poem is a tribute to my dad who passed while I was far away from home and I never got the chance to say goodbye to him. He sacrificed all he had just to ensure I succeed. I will forever love and miss him.
