Welcome,

Being a writer all my life I don’t remember a time when I wasn’t scribbling madly, my imagination in over drive. Having spent years caring for my wonderful husband and 4 busy children (all boys), with many more years in front of me to go, the dream of writing success seemed very far off indeed.

SO nighthag was born. A sleep deprived version of me who spends the dark lonely hours typing madly away.

Somewhere in the darkness I am working on editing my first completed paranormal romance novel, but so many times other stories interrupt and need to be told. So I will share them with you all, the stories of vampires, devils and deals gone wrong that will not leave me alone until they are written.

Exploring writing again after so many years of being a stay at home mum has been a real pleasure, so I am also going to share with you all the many things that have worked in my writing so far, after all we all on the same creative journey, and some of the advice I have received may just help someone else.

The poems that I have and will be posting are both of a personal nature and a creative exploration, so please read all my writing at leisure and if you like it or have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me or leave a comment

Posting my writing on the internet has been a bit frightening, But I just want to take a moment to thank all of you who read my writing, be it my fiction or articles (on marriage, cleaning, and writing) It is a wonderful feeling for a writer to have their work viewed.

And Thankyou to all my fans who have made me feel so welcome and honoured since I have joined this wonderful community, your support and comments have inspired me more than I ever thought possible…
