70Hello and welcome...It has been a long time since I updated my profile.. A lot has happened. My family and I are a sustaible family who lives off the grid and enjoys a pieceful life for the most part.. however a few yers back i became sick with severe IBS and my etire life had changed drastically. For a year my illness took me out of my life, when I finally had a wake up call I knew I had to make real changes.
I began my journey into health and nutrition education. Gaining knowledge and tools I began to get my health back in check and began once more to continue our amazing off the grid and sustainable lifetsyle. During this time I also became a health coach, figuring if I coud help my self and ultimatly change my habits and choices I could help people do the same in their lives.
This was fantastic I had found something that really loved doing..helping peopl., However I had reached a plateau with my health and wasn't happy with just feeling "okay" I knew I had to do more for myself. I finally hired a health coach of my own and I was finally able to make real changes and commit myself to them.
I was finally able to take that final step I knew I needed not only for my health but to live true to my beliefs and lifestyle choices. This meant letting go of animal producs and for the most part processed foods. After a 12 week program the results were amazing, not only had I lost all the excess weight I had accumilated since having children, plus more. I gained a new found energy, clarity, full nights sleep and most important I cured my illness. I aslo found my true passion in life and that is not only help people with their life and health goals but truely guiding people to what I have learned is the healthiest of lifetsyles.
Plant based living has changed everything for me and my family. We have all gained renewed health from this lifestyle, lost weight and made real sustaible choices for both us and the planet.
I am now not only a writer, garderner, chef, off grid enthusiast I am now also a certified Nutriition coach, specializing in the plant base and vegan diet transition.
I love that I have been on such a fantastic journey so far...I love life and i cant wait to see what happens next/
