I'm a small-town girl raised in New Jersey by amazing Jamaican parents. I made a lot of big decisions at the fun age of 21 by becoming a college drop out, Muslim, wife, and mother (in that order). When I was 23, I went back to college and completed my degree in Natural Science and Mathematics in addition to studying Eastern Religions, Western Religions, and Islamic Studies. Also, I became certified in Natural Holistic Remedies, Meditation Guide, and Counseling practitioner.
I believe in a coexisting world, environmental awareness and action, full self-sufficiency, and wilderness survival. I am obsessed with cultural recipes, herbalism, and the belief that food is the best medicine for the body. Learning different languages and traveling are currently my new hobbies.
xoxo Love and peace my lovelies
