Answers to Common HubPro Questions

The Real Scoop on our Free Editing Service

We recently sent out a survey asking the 16% of Hubbers who opted out of HubPro about their concerns. There's a lot of misinformation about the program floating around, and we've created a recent Blog Post to address some of the lingering questions.

It's a common misconception that a Hub with a lot of traffic is one that shouldn't be edited (if it ain't broke, don't fix it), and that a Hub with a lot of traffic must be great or Google wouldn't be sending it traffic in the first place. In reality, it can just take time for Google to determine that readers aren't satisfied with a particular Hub and stop sending it traffic. The most critical thing we can do to protect traffic is to focus on providing a great reader experience, which is the goal of HubPro.

Hubbers who participate in HubPro are helping to protect the whole HubPages Community by ensuring that all the most frequently-read Hubs exceed reader expectations. We strongly encourage you to give HubPro a chance for your own benefit and the benefit of all your fellow Hubbers.

Still have questions? Stop by the HubPro Forum Post and ask them.
