Would you recommend housing a rat and chinchilla together?
I have had rats for many years now and I am no longer willing to keep pets that only last a couple years. My last rat needs more interaction and I was wondering if it would be wise.
NEVER house a rat with a chinchilla!!! Chinchillas are housed with chinchillas only. Rats are housed with rats only. If your rat needs more interaction, get another rat.
Chinchillas can live up to 10 years, so if you're wanting pets that only live a few years, that's not one you want to get.
DO THOSE TYPES OF ANIMALES GET ALONG ? IF THEY DO PUT THEM TOGETHER ,IF NOTYOU MAY RISK YOUR RAT DYING EVEN EARLIER YET AGAIN.
