how to stop my dog taking clothes off the line
hi im new to hubs i have a bull arab cross great dane who keeps talking my clothes off the line. iv tried to tie him up but he just crys and get angry i dont know what to do. some days he's good other times he isnt and its mainly my clothes he pulls off. is it coz they smell like me he wants to lay with them.
From a dog's perspective, that sounds like a lot of fun. I don't know of any training method that you could use so that you would always be able to trust your dog with your laundry. I would erect a fence to divide your dog's part of the yard from the part that has the clothesline. You've got youself a big dog there that needs lots of room to run, so put in a gate so he can have the use of the whole area except when you are drying clothes. Another idea is just to keep him in the house while the launtry drys.
