He may have eaten too many. Beardies will eat and eat until they vomit. They don't know when to stop and mealworms are have a hard exoskeleton which makes them hard to digest.
When they gorge themselves, they will throw up the meal. Try not to feed so many. That, or feed regularly. If they are not fed regularly, they are prone to gorging and then throwing up.
That, or it's a concern over heating, causing digestion concerns.
