oh god, i cant imagine there not being any. this world would be so horrible, the rate of animal deaths would go up like crazy. im very thankful for animal shelters, they save so many animals every day.

I am writing a series of Hubs to help out local Animal Shelters. I need some advice on titles that will be search engine friendly, unique and drive action. Most of these shelters have websites and do come up when you Google specifically on their name. If my Hub gets listed, I want it to stand out.....

Should more counties and cities require dogs to be spayed or neutered if now owned by a breeder?Should more cities and counties require dogs to be spayed and neutered if not owned by a registered breeder? Requiring this could cut down on the number of pets that have to be euthanized each year.
