He is barely eating or drinking and he has the runs which looks like blood
Take him to a vet immediately. I'm not even sure why you are asking this question, unless you're trolling.
There are really no home remedies for blood in the stools. You should have your vet assess the situation as there are many causes. A good place to start is to collect a stool sample and have your vet see if there are parasites.
Since blood in the stools can be due to some even serious issues (ie parvo, ingestion of rodent poison etc) and your dog sounds like he is doing poorly, a prompt vet visit is a must

I just had a knife slip about 1cm into the web between thumb and pointer finger. Have put a bandaid over it and seems to be not bleeding much but starting to sting.Any advice?
