    my mare is suppose to be due 1st week of june why is she so gasey alot more than normal

    i never had her tested to make sure she is pregnant but she is 14 years old

    Latty, I really don't know the answer to that. If it were me, I'd have a vet out to check her, not so much because I think her being gassy is a problem, but to make sure everything is alright. You need to establish a relationship with the vet, so he knows your mare, etc. just in case you need him when the foal arrives. He/she can answer all your questions.

    I'm guessing you mean 'gassy' as in flatulence? Gas comes from the gut, if your mare has a lot of gas, look at what you're feeding her, being in foal should have no bearing on what you're seeing here.
