    Question, 6month old puppy limping and dont no what to do

    a puppy just turn 6mnth on feb 7 2011, he is very very hyper he likes to run jump and play, he runs and runs off the bed and when coming down the stairs he always seems to jump from 3 stairs from the bottom. About 3 days ago now he jumped from the bed and started to cry i immediately ran to him picked him up and as i massaged his leg he was fine and ran and played again. Today he was running up the staris but decided to skip a stair and i believe he landed on his back leg wrong i believe it was the same leg from the bed inncident. He started to cry and limp i rubbed it again he was fine but iv

    You need to take him to a vet if he is still limping/crying. Because it happened almost two weeks ago, this would rule out a strained muscle and may indicate a torn ligament, broken bone/or pad. If he is perfectly fine now, it was most likely a strained muscle.
