Should people who abuse or neglect animals be allowed to own them??
Absolutely not! All rights of ownership should be revoked to an individual who abuses or neglects an animal.
No, no...and what?---NO!!!!!! Why would they even want to unless they are just sick. They should not only be barred from owning animals, they should serve time and pay a huge fine if caught doing so.
Never. I strongly believe that it should be considered a grave crime when someone abuses or neglects an animal.
Not only should animal abusers not be allowed to own animals...their names should be published in the paper and hefty fines should be levied on them. The level of callousness that one has to have who abuses animals is abhorrent. Unconscionable!
