Can long tailed lizards cross breed with anoles?
Dear Robert; We have a large terrarium with 1 long tailed lizard (female), one green anole (male) and one bahaman anole (also male.) They all get a long great. No aggression problems. Question is this: My long tailed lizard is exhibiting nesting behaviors down in the moss in the substrate of the tank. Could she have cross bred with one of the anoles? And if so, should we remove the males in order to protect the off-spring?
