Will my baby bearded dragon limp leg ever go away?
I have a baby bearded dragon and today for the first time I found it laying upside down. I picked it up and it was still warm and walking and acting normal. But, then later tonight I went to feed it and it's front left arm is now limping. I believe this is the beginning of MBD and I am just wondering if it's leg will stay limp forever now? Even once I do everything I need to do to prevent anymore problems with MBD?
Please help, thank you.
It depends on what is really the cause. If you think that it is MBD, you need to see a vet to confirm. Depeneding on how early you caught it, everything may heal fine upon proper treatment.
Sometimes genetics play a part in MBD and overall health, and in many cases, pet store reptiles are of poor general health no matter what you do.
