Cow milk or buffalo milk?
Which one of the two is better for health?
Milk in general is fattening, but I would say neither. Goat milk is healthier for you because it doesn't create as many fats as buffalo and cow milk does.
Raw milk from either species is healthy for you. Goats milk can be healthy, but there are certain nutrients that lack in goats milk that cows milk has.

we have cows and sheep and all sorts of animals the bear live young and give us milk and wool and leather. Why do we need to have a goat? Plus they don't smell very nice!
