Parrots put off a dander that is said to be as bad or worse than asbestos....
Do all parrots have this dander or just the ones who are indigenous to dry areas like Australia?
All birds have bird dust. The Cockatoos and Cockatiels have it the worst! It's very important to always keep areas clean, electronics away and always vent the area well. I lost a few bird breeder friends to bird lung which is caused by this dust.
