We have 4 alpacas, do they count as exotic or unusual? We get people stopping alongside of the road all the time to watch them. People have even stopped and asked my kids (when they get the mail) what they are or if they are llamas.
I have a spotted genet, pretty unusual, especially since mine is the one I've seen in person.

Hi PoleCat!Sorry I didn't get to this sooner.I do beleive that you will have fun with your anteater.Make sure : in a state that allows your exotic pet ( I beleieve you should )have a area for them outside and inside they seem to be happier make sure that you have the time to take care...
