Ha! Anything he finds, that he damned-well feels like playing with.....swatting and dragging around....chewing up and leaving strewn all over the floor! He's a total IMP! First thing in the morning, he'll find one of his plastic balls with a bell inside, and he plays a game of one man soccer......as he pounces and swats at the dogs, every chance he gets!
His favorite thing is tugging on the ties, that hang from the chair cushions.....and one by one, unties them all, until all the cushions are on the floor......and when he sees me coming.....it's time for "Hide and Seek!" When I finally catch him he plays "Little Mr. Innocent," all sweet and cuddly. He purrs and licks my hands and looks up at me with his big green eyes......"I just like to play, Mom, don't be mad." He knows I love him to pieces! What a little devil he is!...LOL
My cat's older so she doesn't "play" as much as she used to. However, if we leave an empty brown paper grocery store bag on the floor she'll still go absolutely crazy, attack it, run in and out of it and jump up and down all over it just like she did when she was a young kitty. It's hilarious.
My cat's favorite toy is a mouse that has arms and legs that dangle from strings a couple of inches long. It is made out of a nappy fabric that's easy for my cats to flip around.
Anything that moves, wriggles, crawls, jumps, flies, and emits a little red light. Or anything that has a long, slender shape that is flexible. Oh, and the wind. LOL
Most of the time he totally ignores regular cat toys. He'd rather chase any bugs that find there way into the house. It's his bad luck that I don't get too many bugs.
