How many fur babies do you have?
These are mine. The Maltese is Norman, the calico is Chloe and grey short-haired is Sophie.
Just two right now for me -- the curse of a rental . I have a miniature Schnauzer cross and a Catahoula
. Someday, we hope to have some property out of town where I can foster some of the big, active dogs from the shelter...and I'm sure I wouldn't be able to resist adopting at least a couple more.
I'd like to have property someday as well to have a lot more animals.
Currently, I have two fur babies. "Toby," my 9 year old American Cocker Spaniel, who desperately needs a day at the salon!! ( Mom has been slacking lately)........and "Tommy Two" my beautiful Orange Tiger Cat, who is just a little over one year old, full of the dickens and loves to play soccer!!.......Tommy Two loves Toby and tries to play and cuddle up, which is so cute to watch.
However, Toby is a bit indifferent and will only tolerate his feline brother for a few minutes........and then looks for a place to hide. This, I'm sure is based in "jealousy." Toby did not really welcome Tommy Two from the start. In that regard, I think fur babies are worse than human babies! LOL
I love them both and they are spoiled. IMO, unless you are prepared to love and spoil them......don't even have pets!
Nine rescued animals. We have a pot-belly pig named Wilbur. Three dogs; two cats; and three birds. Our animals our much more than pets to us. I have trained our three dogs to be therapy dogs for my son with Autism. Animals have been a very positive experience for him.
I love pot-belly pigs! That's that your dogs have been there for your son!
They're so much cuter when they're awake. They're not pretty sleepers. ;D
I wish my dogs would get along with cats like yours does. They try to eat them... D:
It's funny, Norman is only 2 & loves both the cats but the Calico just puts up w/ him (she's 14) & the younger cat who's 6 will play w/ him once in a while but I've had to break up a few tussles. He has a little too much energy for them. lol
For now I just have one cat named Smudge. I adopted him from the shelter in September of last year. He was two years old at the time and I'm not sure how his previous owners treated him, but even with all the love I give him, he's still not comfortable around people. I do plan on getting him a "little brother" within the next few months.
Aww. Well I'm glad he has a nice loving home now!
I'm a dog fan. We have 3 large dogs; a Leonberger, a Lab and a German shepherd...all full fledged family members.
I grew up around cats so Norman is my very first dog. We've had him for almost 2 years now. I still love cats but can easily say I've now become a dog person!
I am blessed with four little cats… all independent enough that it's like having one cat.

My baby (15 mo) is not attached to any blanket or toy, she is extremely attached to me!Fault my parenting, may be. I have 3 other older children whom I did not have to stay with at home because I had a full time job for all their young lives until the youngest was 3 years old. For this baby, I have...

What does Scripture say about Salvation for a baby that dies??I want a scriptural answer, I do not care what I think, you think, your church thinks, or any opinions at all. What God says is what I am looking for. If you post without at least 2 new testament scriptures...
