I have a rescue dog that is absolutely petrified of going outside. I've had him for 8 weeks now.
I have him trained to puppy pads. He is afraid of other people and poops if he sees them coming at him. I've tried taking him outside. He is now clinging to me. Poor little guy. What can I do?
