the shelter is called Paws Place. It is in North Carolina. If you go to my hub page Adoption can save innocent dogs, you will find the link and info about the shelter.
So it's just donating the label on the bag?
Too bad I don't like Purina, as it's pretty low quality food or I'd help. Definitely not buying the food just for the label, it'd go to waste.
In regards to sending in old cell phones, you can go online and find a website that will email you a label, you can choose the organization that your donation would be sent to, and it'll be set from there. I did that and donated to the ASPCA when sending in a few old cell phones. I forget what website I used, but you can do a search on them. All you have to do is print the label, pack up the cell phones, attach the label, and mail.
Hi nataliemarie71 - I went to your article, read it (Didn't find a comments box or I would've left one). The link to the Paws place eventually worked but I didn't see anything on sending the Purina labels. Would be glad to help support this worthy cause. With my brood of hungry shelter dogs it won't take long to gather a few labels.
You may need to fix the link to the shelter - it has a slash and I think that may slow things down.

Most of my food is spicy so am unable to add scraps on those occasions. I am worried because she is pregnant.Does...

The practice of labeling people as aligned with a certain mindset seems to be a popular way of marginalizing the individual and has a tendency to change the gist of the conversation or debate. Is this fair to both parties involved and is it the recipe to end a free expression of ideas without...
